Twenty-Two Things God showed me in 2022
There is power in vulnerability.
You can be vulnerable, but until your struggle becomes a testimony, don’t trust everyone with it.
Don’t be too prideful to ask for reconciliation and forgiveness.
Find beauty in the little things.
Your worth is not found in your appearance. Your worth is not found in what others think of you.
Find balance. There is a time for everything.
Delete and remove anything draining and negatively impacting you.
Befriend people you normally wouldn’t. Invite the person who sits alone to lunch.
When God removes people from your life, he adds others.
Write handwritten letters to people you love.
The healing process is not linear.
Relationships > Routine.
Set standards. Set them high.
Be rooted in the word.
Practice gratitude. Count your blessings.
There is power in using your voice. Sometimes, you have to address issues.
Social media is not reality. Don’t compare your life on social media.
When God calls you, go without fear.
Appreciate God’s creation.
Care less about what others think.
Your identity defines your activity. Who you are as a child of God should impact what you do and how you live.
A spirit of excellence in the small things leads to success in the big things.
My word for 2023 is Psalm 23. I hope you will ask God to reveal how He worked in the past year and write your own! I hope you will also find your Scripture for 2023.
